The heart of Dominion.
You guide operators, oversee route compliance, review ProofRoute™ submissions, manage communication, and ensure every lane meets our non-negotiable standard.
ECMs are assigned no more than three operators — to guarantee true white-glove oversight.
Billing & Compliance Specialist
You keep the numbers accurate and the records airtight.
Billing, settlements, route audits, compliance reconciliation — you’re the backbone of our operational trust.
Operations Coordinator
You assist the Command Center in managing daily workflow, issue resolution, route escalations, and ECM support.
Think: control tower for a compliance-based delivery ecosystem.
Social Media & Communications Lead
You don’t “post.”
You tell the story of the world’s first Private Route Compliance Authority™ and build a brand the industry can’t ignore.
Administrative Assistant / Command Center Support
